AC HIGH VOLTAGE TESTER- 40 KV 200 AMPS

AC high voltage Test set capable of giving output voltage 40 kV at 200 AMPS capacity. Mounted on iron casted wheel for easy movement. The equipment will be rigid and suitable for safe working in laboratory at the ambient temperature of 0- 45 C, 98 % humidity and dusty environment. The unit shall be in single part.

Technical Details
1.	Input	440V, Three Phase +N +E.
2.	Output	0-40 kV; AC continuously variable with one end at earth potential.
3.	Capacity	200 kVA
4.	Duty	15 minutes ON/OFF OR manually selectable.
5.	Timer	Timer will be woundable type with range of 0- 99.9 minutes.
6.	Control	I) Regulating Transformer to control output. II) Separate step less knob for setting of tripping current from 0- max for 40 kV output . III)Timer to control the duration of High Voltage Output.
7.	Metering	Analog Voltmeter connected on LT side calibrated to indicate output voltage. Scale:0-40 kV Analog Ammeter connected to indicate input current to the HT transformer. Scale:0-50 Ampere Line voltmeter 400V HT current meter 0-5 Ampere
8.	Protection	A fast acting DC relay will isolate the circuit when the current exceeds pre-set level.
9.	Termination	The HT output on suitable HT insulator and other point at earth potential would be brought out on suitable insulator.
10.	Control panel	The unit will have MAINS ON switch.HT ON and HT OFF push buttons. Step less knob to raise and lower the output voltage and current. Indicating lamps for MAINS ON, HT ON and FAULT. KV &Ampere meters of 96 sq. mm. HORN ON switch will also be there to use it when required. Separate step less knob for setting tripping current at 5kV and 10kV output. It will also incorporate regulating autotransformer. Oil cooled continuously variable. (Note- The above equipment will be oil cooled type. No first filling of oil. Cost is extra.)
11.	HV Transformer	The HV transformer will be made of silicon steel lamination, wound with electrolytic grade copper and insulated with extra high quality insulating paper, oil cooled type. (Note- The above equipment will be oil cooled type. No first filling of oil. Cost is extra.)
12.	PACKAGING	TRANSFORMER AND CONTROL PANEL BOTH ARE PACKED IN TWO DIFFERENT PACKAGEINGS, DUE TO BIG SIZE OF TEST EQUIPMENT.
